Invoicing.
An invoice in seconds, correct from the first one
Fill in the invoice right on the document. Pinigo adds the number, VAT and the amount in words, and checks the required details before you issue it.
Everything an invoice needs
The Lithuanian details are built in, so you only fill in what is yours.
- 01
An editor that looks like the invoice
Type straight onto the document: lines, quantities, discounts and notes, in Lithuanian or English. What you see is the PDF the client gets.
- 02
Numbering without gaps
Every document type has its own series. A draft gets its number only when it is issued, so the numbers run without gaps.
- 03
VAT done right
For VAT payers: 21, 12, 5 or 0 % rates, VAT exemption or reverse charge, with the VAT summary on the document.
- 04
Required details checked
Before an invoice is issued, Pinigo checks the details the law requires and tells you exactly what is missing.
- 05
Credit notes and cancelling
Credit an issued invoice with a credit note that refers to it. A wrong document is cancelled, not deleted.
- 06
Clients from the registry
Fill in a client's details from the Register of Legal Entities open data and check VAT codes in the EU VIES.
The client gets the PDF and a link
Send the invoice by email straight from Pinigo. The client opens a page where they can view and download the document.
- 01The PDF is attached to the email
- 02A private link that search engines do not index
- 03You see when the client opened the document page.
Always know who has paid
Mark full or partial payments. Every invoice shows its status, and the unpaid and overdue totals are always on top.
- 01Draft, issued, paid and overdue, with a viewed mark
- 02Status tabs and search by number or client
- 03Copy an invoice to make the next one
Recurring invoices and reminders
Invoices that repeat every month, quarter or year are created on schedule: as a draft, issued, or issued and emailed to the client.
- 01{month} and {year} in the text become the period
- 02If details are missing, a draft is left and you are notified
- 03Payment reminders for overdue invoices
