1. Who provides the service
Pinigo is provided by [Company name, registration code, address] ("we"). Contact: [email address].
By signing up and using Pinigo you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
2. The service
Pinigo is a web application for Lithuanian sole proprietors with an individual activity certificate (IV), business certificate holders (VL) and small partnerships (MB): invoices and other documents, expenses, the income and expense journal, tax estimates, the VAT summary and i.SAF, and exports for your accountant.
The service is continuously improved. We may change features and give advance notice of material changes.
3. Account
- An account can be created by an adult acting on their own behalf or on behalf of a company they represent.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for actions taken in your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- Members you invite to a company (for example an accountant) see the company's data according to their role.
4. Plans and prices
- Pinigo is currently free to use; there are no payments.
- If a paid plan is introduced, prices, whether they include VAT, and payment terms will be announced in advance.
- We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content of documents, the correctness of details, and declaring and paying taxes.
- You must keep accounting documents for the period required by law. Pinigo lets you export them but is not meant to be the only place they are kept.
- You may not use the service for unlawful activities, to create misleading documents, to process other people's data without a legal basis or to compromise the security of the service.
6. Tax estimates
Pinigo only calculates what is confirmed by primary sources (the law, VMI, Sodra, the Ministry of Finance) and shows the source and the year whose rules are used for every figure. When a rule is not verified or the situation is unusual, no figure is shown. All calculations are estimates, not a tax return or tax advice. Check the official VMI and Sodra systems or ask an accountant before filing.
7. Data
The data you enter belongs to you. We only process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it will always be available. Planned maintenance is done at low-usage times where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or fines resulting from incorrectly entered data or from using tax estimates without checking them. [Liability limits will be specified before launch.]
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms after notifying you by email, unless immediate action is necessary.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
