Bank statements and import.
Payments and old invoices without retyping
Upload a bank statement and Pinigo matches incoming payments to your invoices. Moving from another program? Add your earlier invoices from their PDFs.
Less typing, fewer mistakes
- 01
The statement file from your bank
Export the statement from your internet bank as an ISO 20022 (camt.053) file and upload it. The file itself is not kept.
- 02
Matched by number and amount
A payment whose details mention the invoice number and the amount still due is matched. Others are suggested or left for you.
- 03
One click for all matched
Record every matched payment at once, with the booking date and the payer. Invoices become paid or partially paid.
- 04
The same payment never twice
Payments imported before are skipped, so you can upload overlapping statements.
- 05
Invoices from another program
Upload up to 50 PDFs of invoices issued elsewhere and type the main details next to each one. The PDF stays the document.
- 06
Numbering continues
After the import Pinigo offers to continue your numbering from the highest imported number, in the same style.
Your earlier invoices count too
Imported invoices go into the income and expense journal, the tax estimate and the limits. Payments can be recorded on them as usual.
- 01The original PDF is shown and downloaded as the document
- 02They are not added to the VAT summary and i.SAF
- 03Any platform, also scanned invoices: nothing is read automatically
