Sole proprietor (IV) tax calculator
GPM, VSD and PSD for a year of individual activity under a certificate (IV), with 30 % or actual expenses (then compared with 30 %). Every step is shown with its source; where a rule is not verified you get an explanation and the official calculator instead of a number.
Enter your income for the year and press Calculate. The result is calculated on our server with the same rules as in the Pinigo app, and the link can be shared.
How it is calculated
- Taxable income = income − deductions: either 30 % of income without documents (GPMĮ 18 str. 12 d.) or your actual expenses.
- VSD and PSD are calculated from 90 % of taxable income, capped at 43 average monthly wages (Sodra).
- GPM = rate × taxable income − the IV tax credit (GPMĮ 18² str.). With actual expenses VSD and PSD are deducted first; with 30 % they are not deducted again.
- Taxable IV income above €42,500.00 is taxed at progressive rates (20/25/32 %) together with your other income. Pinigo does not calculate it: see VMI.
